Wow! Those photos from 1966!
I haven't read the text yet. Just about to.
Thanks, F50!!!

Yep, thank you, F50. Now, I just need to find a few minutes to read it.

Great stuff. Amongst all the comments about Joe's guitar playing, craziness and humour, it was interesting to see "business sense" highlighted a couple of times.
Very interesting! I enjoyed reading that too! Thanks F50!

He was a cutie back then just like he's a cutie now. It's kinda weird to see him playing the piano too along with the guitar. I would had loved to hear him play back in 1966. Looking at the month and year, Joe was only 18 years old about to turn 19 in a month.

I was just driving and heard on The Sound 100.3 that Joe will be on this Sunday night, talking with (I believe) Uncle Joe Benson about his career, the James Gang, the Eagles, etc...I went on the website to find the info but couldn't find it. I believe it is this series, "The Story" or similar - http://thesoundla.com/2015/01/story-stevie-ray-vaughan/, but I can't find "upcoming programming" on the website. I'll keep listening for info. It sounds like it will be good!
