Aw, nice song. It's a shame we lost England Dan last year. I was lucky enough to see him with his brother Jim (Seals and Croft) two years ago at the Decatur Celebration, a free music festival in Decatur, IL. They were great. BTW, Jim told the story of how Dan got the name 'England Dan'. When they were kids and The Beatles were big, Dan would constantly talk with an english accent, trying to sound like his idols. The nickname stuck.
