    The BBC had an article about fitness, and it seems The Heat Is On could increase your cardiovascular performance by 15%!

    Yeah - that is interesting, gef. I always knew Glenn did funny things to my but I wasn't sure how healthy it was!

    Now, if Glenn really wants to improve our healthy hearts, perhaps he could schedule some personal appearances at some of these gyms.
