TBFan:
Don't worry, nearly every venue takes credit cards at the merchandise
booths. They did in Nashville. I usually take an extra $200 or $300 with
me just in case they don't or their machine breaks! Ya gotta get a
T-shirt or two, ya know!

Thank so much Rick for the great review and pictures. I seems like they are getting more and more strict about enforcing the no camera rule. I mentioned in another thread that it looks like the 2nd encore may be gone. They didn't do it in St. Louis or Milwaukee either. If they don't do it in Chicago for at least one of the shows, I bet we can kiss it goodbye for good. Oh well, as you said, the guys still put on an awesome show, don't they?

Great pics Rick.
I was relieved to see they took credit cards at the t-shirt stand. I didn't have as much cash on me as I thought and stood in line panicking but all was well.
Great review, Rick. And the pics you did get are great. Thanks for sharing them with us.
The camera Nazis were really belligerent. I didn't even use a flash. I don't know why they are so picky about this. They will never be able to control it with all the camera phones out there.

Good heavens Rick, what an excellent review and photos. Thanks so much. I'm glad you & your wife had such a good time.

Just for fun today, I pulled out my AmEx Gold card to see what I
could pull up on Ticketmaster for the Memphis show. The presale
started at 10 AM today. Much to my dismay, I kept getting tix in
the back of the floor or in the lower level but in the back corners.
What a crooked racket this ticketing business and Ticketmaster
have become. Don't even get me started on this. We'll save that
for another discussion. I promise you that in a few days you will
find great seats in the first few rows on Ebay or Stubhub or Razorgator.
Somehow the ticket brokers can get their hands on them, but true fans
get offered "back of the house" crap in the first few hours on the first
day of an AmEx Presale. Go figure!

Don't even get me started on TM, Rick! You are so right.

Rick, thanks for your review and all these wonderful pictures! I really wanted to be at the Nashville concert too, but there is a good possibility that I may be able to go to the Memphis show so I am looking forward to that.
I have NO idea how & where to buy tix though. Ticketmaster does seem to drop really good seats at the last minute, but I don't know if I I have the patience to wait that long. The whole ticketing system is structured completely wrong.
