I had a wonderful drive home from work yesterday. Our classic rock station is paying tribute to Hotel California this week so they have been playing the album's songs plus some old interviews....

Don't you love it when you are listening to the radio thinking I wish they would play an EAGLES song & then it comes on! Makes me smile! :thumbsup:

I was stuck in traffic yesterday afternoon going home. :brickwall: It was at a complete crawl and I was getting very unhappy UNTIL "Live at 5" came on the radio! I got so excited listening to the dj...

Running the roads today, an ad came on the radio for our local classic rock station. "Starting as Linda Ronstadt's back up band to go on & have 2 of the top selling albums of all time, we love them...

I LOVE Fox Baseball Saturday!! I was at a wedding shower yesterday afternoon so I forgot all about it. Now that Glenn is living in NYC wonder if he will pay a visit to the MLB cave.

Heard LITFL on the way home from work tonight. But Houston freeways were definitely NOT life in the fast lane with the rain. My 30 min. commute took 1 1/2 hours!! :scowl:

It was 93.7 Soda. The other classic rock station in Houston is The Eagle @ 107.5

On the way home tonight I heard TITTL on one of our Classic Rock stations. After the song the DJ said they had been playing one Eagles song an hour ALL day long in honor of Glenn Frey's birthday! ...

Wow - everyone is hearing lots of Eagles music! I have been on a dry spell lately. Of course that is probably because I have been listening to sports talk! :laugh:

Working late so I ran to Starbucks and got a double treat - a Soy Chai & "Heartache Tonight"! It was just the jolt to wake me up - Glenn's beautiful voice - I love that song!!
