    Most multivitamins are useless. They don't have enough of any of the vitamins or minerals to make a difference. If you eat right, you don't need to take any vitamins.

    Zelda, I would say stay away from them. I think they have a very high level of caffine that can be dangerous! Coffee should be enough to keep you going!
