tt, sorry about your day. Hoping this one is better for you!
HF71, yikes! Get well soon!
We had a lovely Thanksgiving with my side of the family at my sister's. Everyone was there except my older brother and his family and my sister's steps. Her house was beautifully decorated for Christmas already. Every nook, shelf, and cranny had some type of Christmas decoration. It is a small house, but it looked beautiful! She said it took her 2-3 weeks. And she doesn't work outside the home. That much work just puts me in a bad mood. I wish I could hire her to come and do mine! I put up my prelit tree and a set of lights were out, so if you have one of those, be prepared! Grrrr! I did get it all done over the weekend though and it looks pretty.
This is a crazy busy work week, so I'll be hit and miss around here!
hope you are feeling better for the concerts next month HF71!
thx so much the knee pain wont stop me from going lol I going to have it checked again before I go
hf1971 feel better soon
I had a great Thanksgiving and visit with my family. I'm so glad I was able to arrange someone to cover for me at work. We had 18 for Thanksgiving dinner, and either I was hungry enough to eat anything or I outdid myself on the food! I guess being here in KY and not knowing many people means I was desperate to cook for people once again.
I did get my raise, FINALLY, and the retroactive pay as well, so that was a nice paycheck on Friday! Plus, it was the third check of the month. Guess this means I'm to be extra generous this Christmas!
that's awesome VA...so glad you had a great Thanksgiving!...
Great news for you, VA! :partytime:
I actually hurt my knee at the Eagles show in St. Louis this past October. By the time we got back home to Wisconsin, my knee was swollen and throbbing horribly. Follow that up about a week later, my 2 dogs and my "grand-dog" decided that the basement stairs were a racetrack and they bounced me into the wall. More pain and swelling.
Limped around until about 3 weeks ago when I had an MRI -turns out I partially tore my posterior cruciate ligament and my medial meniscus. Saw the orthopaedic surgeon and he says it's not bad enough for surgery. So, I'll just limp on thru the Holidays, I guess. It isn't as painful as it was even a week ago. At least I have my concert memories to ease the pain!
Hope your knee feels better.
