Some kind of sweet treat--to be honest, didn't really pay any attention. :hilarious:
That's great! Reminds me of when I took a picture of the Burger King french-fry container because it had printed on the front "FryPod" lol.
Willie, yes, it's ok. We here all understand!
Hearing the Eagles reminds us of the Eagles, right? I was at our State Fair today and sat down to take a break when over the noise of the crowd I hear the familiar strains of Hotel California! So I followed my ears and found that one of the local radio stations was broadcasting on location and taking requests! The next 30 minutes was filled with several familiar Eagles favorites that others had already asked to hear! Cotton candy and the Eages...what more could a girl ask for!
In a political ad I just saw, the announcer says, "Politicians have too many hands." First time I've heard that phrase outside of the song!
I had a lemon and ginger herbal tea this morning, and noticed it contained the ingredient "Linden".
First off, the sandwich shop Jimmy John's in West Lafayette LOVES the Eagles! I've heard Take It Easy, Rocky Mountain High, Life's Been Good... and as I went in there today, I saw the sandwich making crew singing along to Desperado. Nice!
Then, I'm watching Poison's "Behind the Music" and apparently, when the guys were getting started, they played and hung out regularly at the TROUBADOUR!
My, times had changed!
They have indeed Soda! But in a very good way. And Lou.....Linden Tea! VERY drinkable.
I got my sky digital TV in today and the very first programme announcement was for a Tom Cruise movie which combines 'A little sport and a little romance' You can guess what movie I was thinking! And I was right..... Jerry Maguire.....
I had a strange moment the other day. I was in a city I don't really know for work, walking down some street, and listening to 'Hotel California' (the song) on my ipod.
The very second the lyrics mention the word 'courtyard', for some reason I happened to glance across to the other side of the road, and saw this sign that read 'courtyard'. I think it was the name of a pub or something.
Just made me smile.
