Looking forward to the new Ringo album. It's got everyone on it!
Joe (and the Eagles in passing) got a shout-out on GMA's Pop News segment (or whatever it's called) this morning. His picture with Paul and Ringo was shown, and the audience was told that Joe and Ringo are BILs. Most of the excitement was about Paul and Ringo working together again.
Delilah, I'm getting the impression that he just doesn't like us :weep:
it must be that dodgy southern tap water Joe drank back in the early 70s :puke:
Joe, our tap water, 'ere up north is first rate. :headbang:
This article appears to be from 2016 but I believe it is referring to April 2017. These awards are becoming more numerous than Joe's albums :?

Vintage Guitar Readers Induct Joe Walsh to Hall of Fame
Vintage Guitar magazine is set to reveal inductees to its Hall of Fame, including Joe Walsh in the Player category. Walsh, along with winners of this year’s Readers’ Choice Awards, are featured in the magazine’s April issue, hitting newsstands this month.
Yea, way to go Joe! :yay:
(don't underestimate the healing powers of that dodgy Southern tap water--it makes for a strong constitution and high tolerance levels. No wonder Joe is still going strong!)
Nice that the article mentions Felder and his work with Joe. Vince Gill is also being inducted, quite a coincidence given he's been rumored as possibly joining the Eagles at their possible festival concert dates.
Joe will be on Todd Rundgren's forthcoming album, White Knight, which is due to be released on May 12th 2017.

I'm not a fan of Rundgren but I saw him back in 1992, playing alongside Joe and Timothy in Ringo's All Starr Band. Bang The Drum was one of the highlights of a very memorable show.
Good to see Joe playing with rock/pop/blues guys, rather than country artists. After Analog Man, I was hoping to have a new Walsh album by now. Rock/pop/blues with a hint of prog would go down nicely. 8-)
Here's a positive write up for the benefit Joe played last night at The Beacon Theatre, New York, featuring an audience video of Life's Been Good from Joe.
I guess the band were a lot better in person than they sounded in the clips. It looked like Bruce Willis was having difficulty working out which harmonica to use :headscratch:
'Twas an awesome bunch of performers on stage, performing a set of brilliant songs.

Thanks for that, Funk 50. It sounds like a great night. I really liked this:
How many people actually have his email address, I wonder...Quote:
And Joe Walsh performed his solo hit “Life’s Been Good” with slightly updated lyrics; his fans no longer “write [him] letters,” but rather “emails.”
I'm guessing Mr. Scheck hasn't been to an Eagles show or one of Joe's solo shows because Joe has been saying email for over 10 years. Ever since email became big.
Sounds like a great show. I saw a video of Joe singing with Sam Moore. I remembered seeing a guy worked on stage and I had wonder who that was. I found out it was Bruce. The quality of that video clip wasn't that good.
Joe Walsh was just on the ACM Awards with Luke Bryan and Dierks Bentley (two of my favorites in country) doing a tribute to Chuck Berry. It ROCKED!!!
ETA: He was also the presenter of the Entertainer Of The Year award, which went to Jason Aldean (another fav).
