Very cool! Thanks!
Interesting!
It occurs to me that maybe some newer Borderers haven't seen this 1988 video interview with the Randster, where he discusses his music career with a DJ.
The video also features interviews with Rick Roberts (Firefall, Burrito Bros) and the late Gene Clark (Byrds). The Randy part begins at like 18:54.
Turn it up loud, he's a very soft-spoken guy :inlove:

Thanks for posting NMB. I have seen it before but it never hurts to watch it again!
Here's something to look out for. A taper recorded this concert back in 1978 but has only just posted it online, at the dime-a-dozen website, since it's pretty poor quality.
I haven't had the chance to download and listen to it yet but it's an interesting set list:

02. Too Many Lovers
03. Save The Last Dance For Me
04. Bad Man

Wow, very rare. Thank you, Funk! I'm rather surprised that he did "Best of My Love" on his own and would love to hear a Randy lead vocal on this.
Where does one find the actual files on that site... When I click on Forums, Links it's full of messages from 2004-09.
Thanks, F50! This is intriguing. I'm not familiar with this website; I'll have to do look into it.:computer:
Let us know if you make any headway, D. It's beyond my ken.
It's over my head...I'll leave it to you sleuths!
Well, I can "see" the file info but am unable to download, so it's frustrating and I don't have the time now to look into it more. Someone in the comments section said that he actually saw the show. How lucky! This isn't an area I know much about.
But I'm "tryin"...
