Re: Every picture tells a story
I am fairly new to this site. It took me awhile to figure out that WalshFan and Austin were the same. To me you seem to have the soul of an artist and are passionate about music. I bet those strengths take you thru whatever adversities you may face. Thanks for enlightening me on the finer musical aspects of our favorite band.
Re: Every picture tells a story
Thank you everyone. I'm glad to know I'm not the only one. I'll end it with that as I don't want to get further off topic but I couldn't help but say thanks and for sharing your experiences with social anxiety as well....
Roey - wow, thank you for your very kind words! Music is what keeps me going for sure, as well as my family.
Re: Every picture tells a story
Austin and Cathy, I've had the pleasure of meeting you both and both are very nice, kind people.
I must admit that I, too, have a hard time meeting new people. I'm pretty shy and sometimes people take it as being stuck up or aloof. I don't want to be, I'm just scared! When I took a job as a furniture salesperson back in the 80's, being thrown out there and made to talk to strangers helped me a lot. I had to do it! I left that job after about 10 years and I still tend to hang back around new people.

Austin, thank you too for your kind words. I hope you know that whatever situation you are in you have the support of all the Borderers.

Check out the Long Run video. You can take the boy out of Texas but....
well just take a look at Don's boots! Funny
Re: Every picture tells a story
Don usually wears those boots, even with suits! They are in honor of his father. He actually started out wearing his father's boots after he passed away. Don't know if these were those, but look similar! A nice gesture, I think!
My little sweetie went to see Santa Saturday. He was NOT impressed!

Sorry it's so big! My son said they kept waiting for him to smile and waited too long! I wish I could see his face where he is looking at him. I can just see it! A look he gives everyone he doesn't know! He's very sober and like, "who are you anyway?" I love that baby!
Re: Every picture tells a story
Too adorable, Brooke!! A coworker had the same thing happen with her one year old last year.
Re: Every picture tells a story
Adorable none the less Brooke. He is growing into a fine child! Lauras first visit to Santa at 9 months she just sat in his lap and looked at him in awe, but like Cutter, her second visit at age 1 she was NOT hugely impressed!!
Re: Every picture tells a story
Hehehe good pics Brooke...
The one on the left made me laugh.
