Kevin Sharp
I was stunned yesterday to hear the news of his passing at age 43. Kevin Sharp may not have been one of the most well-known of country entertainers but he had an incredible voice and a truly remarkable heart. He overcame tremendous adversity, achieved a degree of success and then devoted much of his life to giving back. His legacy will live on thru the Make-A-Wish Foundation which was responsible for his meeting the genius of David Foster (who mentored him thru his music career). Although the attached article doesn't make mention, Kevin was married for a period of time to Neal McCoy's sister-in-law and he and Neal frequently worked together. I was lucky enough to see them perform together many years ago. RIP, Kevin Sharp.

Re: Kevin Sharp
Very sad. I saw him live when I was in my early teens at a local county fair. Great singer. RIP.

Re: Kevin Sharp
I, too, was shocked to see that he had passed away. I knew that he had health problems, but I didn't know they were so serious. He was a talented man who had an incredible heart. A lot of performers/celebrities could have taken a lesson from him about how to give back to the world around you. RIP Kevin.

Re: Kevin Sharp
Country singer Billy Dean was the first person I saw a post about Kevin's passing. May Kevin rest in sweet peace. He will be missed. :(
