The reason given at the time was 'conflicting international commitments' but I suspect the real reason was poor ticket sales (NB this was at the start of 2016, not recently).

Very very happy for Barry Gibb and Maurice and Robin who are surely with him in spirit.
Barry/Bee Gees related news:
They are FINALLY releasing another Bee Gees concert on DVD/BluRay!

I've only ever been able to see this concert on YouTube clips (and listen to it on The Bee Gees Warner Bros. Years 1987 - 1991 CD set).
Super excited! :yay:
Wel there you go. I was at that tour. I saw them in Sydney on November 15 1989, my 29th birthday. I will have to get this.
FINALLY got to watch this (had to order it online since no local store carried it):

If you are a Bee Gees fan, you NEED to get this concert.
They were all in fine vocal form. It was very interesting/great to see them perform songs from their recent (at the time) albums live (Giving Up the Ghost, Tokyo Nights, House of Shame, etc). All three brothers seemed to have a great time during the performance. :D
And watching Maurice dancing around on stage was just so much fun to see. :yay:
Thank you for the recommendation, Fanny. I shall see if Netflix has it.
Yes!! I want to see this BAAAAD! Thank you for the heads up!
I've seen this concert. I remembered watching it on the Disney Channel back in the early 90s. A great concert.
I'm watching it right now on Youtube. I think this is the same concert.
