Aw, what a lovely idea! Thanks, Soda!
Great Idea Nanc
Heh! Cool!! thanks *G*
:applause: :applause: :applause:
Congratulations! I KNEW you would figure out how to get it to work.
This is great! Thanks, Soda!
I love this idea, Soda! Many thanks!:)
A great idea, thanks :)
I, also am loving it!! How fun!!
After a couple days of this--I just wanted to come back on and say how much I LOVE this feature!! It's bringing back some wonderful memories -like today's -NKIT--LOVED that song when it first came out! Was disappointed yesterday when there was nothing. With a career like our guys-I doubt there will be to many days like that!
Thanks again Soda for getting this up and going.
Glad you like it! I may miss some "events" but I'm trying. lol
You're doing a great job, Soda! I love checking it out each day!
Today's little tidbit is interesting!!! I don't believe I had ever heard that before. Wow--the things some people think up!
I hope it hasn't given some of our more zealous Borderers any ambitious ideas! :fingerwag:
Actually I was thinking about going to Indy afterall and finding a certain bass player to hold hostage and have my way with for awhile! Is that wrong?
Ah, heck, go for it. I was actually thinking the guy was pretty reasonable with his demands... Frey, Henley, JB, whoever... I'd have been MUCH more discriminating!
Well, I didn't manage to get on yesterday but if I had my post would have read
'Today in Eagles History I saw them Live in London on their opening LROOE show. I was in the second row, only FEET away from gorgeous Glenn  :inlove: :inlove: :inlove:'
Since the link to the article seems to be broken, I thought I'd go ahead and post it here. You can also click on the event to open the blog. The link will work from there. Soda will have to fix the link later.

Yep, that was some crazy stuff! Sorry about the link not working on the front page... not sure why that happened.
Oh man - am I depressed! I just saw the notation in today in Eagles history that the Eagles played the Richmond Coliseum on this date in 1977 for the Hotel California tour. I remember this being as it's my hometown, but I didn't have the money to go. Rats - talk about missed opportunities. Who'd know I would have to wait for 26 years to see them!!!! :ack:
If you only knew then what you know now, right? A few bucks and a ride, I bet... But, hey, I'd say you made up for lost time this tour, didn't you?
OK Soda---You truly outdid yourself for today's Eagles history!!! :hilarious: I had a good old healthy laugh with those!!!!
 I couldn't see Timmy stealing hotel keys, Keith Moon maybe, but not Timmy
Actually, Tim has admitted he used to have a habit of stealing room keys!
Actually, I missed seeing the entry about Tim stealing keys, but I can tell you, there is much evidence to support this. In the Eagles display at the Rock 'n Roll Hall of Fame, there is a very large duffel bag full of hotel room keys that Tim "acquired" over his years of traveling with the band.
Wow, That is interesting, I learn something new everyday :)
To see all the entries for today (although they're not done yet; the Eagles were busy on this day in history!) go to the blog.
You mean there will be even more? Oh goody!!:yay: These are really great---Thanks again for doing them!!
:hilarious: Love 'em Soda!
Fantastic Soda! I wondered what you'd do! :applause: :applause: :applause:
Can I just state the latest one about Glenn's proposed 'homage to Detroit' album, is a classic. :pimp:
It is weird because I was listening to Prince's Sexy MF yesterday....:eyebrow:
Soda, these are great. But so far, I think the prize goes to Glenn's 'homage to Detroit'
Glad you enjoyed 'em guys! I'm going to delete them off the blog now so future site visitors don't get confused! But, for the sake of posterity, here were the Events in Eagles History for April Fool's Day in order of their fake happening!

 Willie
All day long, I was wondering if anyone was going to say anything or just "let it ride". I love how each event got increasingly far-fetched as the day went on. Great job again, Soda!
I know what you mean- The Timmy one about him stealing the hotel keys came up on my alerts today also. Too funny!!!
These were brilliant, Soda! Thanks for the laugh.
I particularly love the butter sculpture one (cute!) and "Take It Easy, Mutha F*****!"
