Don't forget Joe on Jimmy Kimmel tonight!
Watching now. Oh my gosh, how lame was that story told by Joel McHale about Joe? That guy is SO not funny.
Joe looks fab, of course.
So sick of the freaking hotel/chainsaw bit getting talked about!
LOL about having to shake hands when getting that honorary degree.
The John Belushi story is cracking me up!
And he's doing "Analog Man"! It's cool, but the mix sucks. The backup singers are drowning him out. Either Joe looks a little flustered, too. Still, overall, he comes off well.
I was asleep so I didn't catch it but just hearing someone said something like that p!sses me off.
Cool that he did Analog Man but I'd rather hear Wrecking Ball or ODAAT. Plus LBG, of course! Can't forget the oldies. :hilarious:
I just watched Joe's part (recorded). I'll have to watch the Joel Mchale story later - I have to get ready for work.
I thought Joe looked great. Soda, you're right - the backup singers were louder than Joe at times! But it was fun to watch and his performance was fun and energetic.
Joe's probably got a lot of funny stories from his past. I can see where it would be a fine line to cross. As someone who is celebrating being sober for 18 years, do you want to dredge up the unsavory past, or do you just enjoy remembering the 'good times' knowing that you don't live that way anymore? Personally, I would enjoy reading Joe's book, if he ever wrote one. But I wonder how much he actually remembers? :)

I almost forgot to watch the show, but remembered with about 2 minutes to spare before Joe came on. I definitely agree that the mix on the song was off, but it was enjoyable nonetheless. And PM - Wow! A Joe autobiography would be a hoot, wouldn't it. :partytime:
Here's a complimentary review of both Analog Man & After Hours.

Thanks for the link, GL - that was pretty complimentary of both albums.
