That was a nice interview but it crushed my Eagles hopes and dreams.....

I heard Bruce Springsteen do 'Born in the USA' in full two years ago and it was fantastic.
I do wish Don would just say if he was planning on any other tour dates in Europe - the waiting is annoying and I can't really plan anything for the summer :scowl:

In a way, I'm glad he said it. Gives us some closure and ends the speculation about future projects. There's no substitute for Glenn, and a lot of us already knew that in our hearts. In the past, Don said the band would end when Glenn made the call. It was made on 18 January. RIP, Eagles.😢
I think it's best that the Eagles don't continue on without Glenn but to hear one of my heroes, Don Henley, say that the Eagles are done, it kinda felt like my world was ending. When he said the Eagles had thought about doing another tour, it crushed me. I was hoping they would tour again and I was secretly saving money for it. I never wanted the concerts to end because they're just so good. But as Joe would say, its the best thing for the Eagles. I know it is but it's hard for me to accept. The Eagles are a huge part of my own little world and half of it collapsed when Glenn passed and the other half collapsed when Don said that.
He did say "I don't think", which leaves a small window......
But, imo, it's over, as it should be.
