Nancy, your pictures of Africa are fantastic! Thanks for sharing them with us!
I would never hold a snake like that. Any snake, big or little! I just hate them! You look like you're not too crazy about it either!
Loved the scenery! Looks to be a beautiful place! What an adventure for you!
WF, those are two very nice guitars! Enjoy them!
Aw, snakes get a bad reputation. They're good for the ecosystem. They keep the rodent population down. Hey, if a snake ever surprised me in my yard I'm sure I'd freak out, but I wouldn't kill it or anything. It's just a matter of respect.
The last time I encountered a snake I was mowing the yard. I'll let you imagine what happened next......
Oh, Brooke...:headshake:
Well, let's get back to pictures!

 This is a harmless Garter Snake. It is very beneficial in the garden. Okay, I'll stop now. ;-)
LOL I really love snakes so much and I will give it it's respect for sure. Garter snakes are so cute. I used to see those all the time in California (where I used to live). My favvies are Pythons and King Snakes!!!
