Songs That Get Stuck in Your Head

It's happened to all of us. A song gets stuck in our head and it just won't go away! Today, for some reason, the song "Single Ladies" by Beyonce has been going around and around in my noggin!

I started a thread similar to this earlier this year called The Soundtrack of your Life. I usually have some song going through my head, but right now it's a blank. :hilarious: Let's just say I'm glad I'm not stuck in your head right now Soda! :thumbsdown:

This morning I woke up with "Cover Of The Rolling Stone" by Dr. Hook stuck in my head. I must go listen to it. Maybe that will get it out of my brain. I like the song but the same part playing over & over in my mind gets to me after a while :lol:.

Saturday I was on my long haul back & forth to my Mom's and took along a couple of Cars cds. Ever since then Stranger Eyes and Candy O have been going thru my head. Not all bad but I wish I could move on to something new now. :)

Koala that one gets stuck in my head alot too! I don't usually listen to the original though, sadly. My fav. singer covered the song so that's the one I usually listen to. lol Love that song.


A song that ALWAYS gets stuck in my head is Michael Jackson's "The Way You Make Me Feel." I like MJ's music but I've never been a HUGE fan but that one just sticks with me. Such a catchy melody.

Today morning I have heard Ordinary Average Guy, after I stood up,
since that time I sing the lyric line ‘‘I am a Ordinary Average Guy'' the whole time! I do not get it simply from my head!
