You may not recognize the name, but Greg Ladanyi produced two of Don Henley's records and was nominated for a Grammy for his production of "Boys of Summer." He died from head trauma after a fall in Greece. More info here:

He was mentioned in Jackson Browne's song Cocaine (with amended lyrics by Browne-Frey):
Late last night about a quarter past four
Ladanyi came knocking down my hotel room door
Said 'where's the cocaine'?
Said 'it's running all around my brain'.
From what I can see the Henley albums he co-produced were the first two, ICSS & BTPB.
Sad.

Thanks for reminding us about the Ladanyi reference in the song "Cocaine', FP. I had forgotten that. Greg's passing is very sad and my heart goes out to his loved ones.
